Symptoms
When attempting to upgrade to PUM Image 41 , Data Conversion Application Engine program DC33445778 fails with the error:
The issue could be replicated with the following step:
- Create change package to upgrade to PUM 41.
- Execute change packaging using PUM and change assistant.
- On step DC33445778, note error message which can be observed in the log file.

This issue occurs when upgrading to PUM Image 41.
