Company Directory - Personal Links Are Not Working

Symptoms
While trying to open the links defined in Company Directory > Profile > About page, nothing happens.
It is expected to be able to open the links on this page as it can be done while navigating in the Org Char / Personal Details.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Go to Manager Self Service Homepage > Company Directory tile
2. Select the View My Profile link
3. Select the About option, from the left pane
4. In Links add one link by using the "+" button from the grid Links and save
5. Select the recently created link by clicking it.
Notice that nothing happens
