Symptoms
Spreadsheet journal import not loading the Journals for SSL connection, JRNL1_WS imports 0 journals.
No messages in IB Service Monitor and no data in Journal Header staging tables and other staging tables.
It was found out that Load Balancer is used in front of the IB gateway and SSL is terminated at the LB.
In Service Operation GL_JRNL_IMP, Req. Verification is set to 'SSL'.
Steps to replicate:
1. Using JRNL1_WS template, populate required fields.
2. Then, Import Now.
Note: Site is using Load balancer.
