Purge EIP Transaction Data (IN_BCT_PURGE) Process Not Deleting Transaction With Complete Status (Doc ID 2863074.1)

Symptoms

SCM Integration Purge EIP Transaction Data process not working as expected. The process runs to success but does not purge any transaction rows.

Steps:
1. Check the BCT_CTL and BCT_DTL records before running the Purge process.
2. Run the "IN_BCT_PURGE" process
  SCM Integration > Process Transaction > Purge > Purge EIP Transaction Data
3. Check the BCT_CTL and BCT_DTL has no rows purged and has the same number of rows as before.
