Symptoms

An employee is enrolled in a Plan Type 10 (Medical plan that does not qualify for a Health Savings Account (HSA). While processing events through Benefits Administration, the following error messages for Plan Type 67 is triggered:


Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Create multiple HSAs, each for a different Medical Plan (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes).
     2. Add the HSAs to the Benefit Program, each with cross validation to the appropriate Medical Plans (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Program Structure > Benefit Program Table).
     3. Process a Benefits Administration Event for an employee enrolled in Medical Plan that has no related HSA (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
