Symptoms
When a user types "position management" in the global search bar, HCM application the following error occurs.
"Error - key too long : ComponentDefn.PgmDefn : maxLen=4".
Replication Steps
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to HCM and do a global search for position management
2. "Error - key too long : ComponentDefn.PgmDefn : maxLen=4".
3. This issue is happening only for the search criteria "position management" in HCM application.
