EPY: Error When Adding New Rows In Employee Tax Data When Employee Was Previously a Non Resident Alien. (Doc ID 2864749.1)

Adding a new row in Update Employee Tax Data, Federal information page, for an employee who was previously a non-resident alien and getting the following error, even though clearing the Country and Treaty ID fields before saving:

"You are not allowed to enter a Country or Treaty id for an employee which is not a Non Res Alien (1500,70)"

It will allow to save the new row if clearing all the Country and Treaty ID fields on all of this historical rows.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data > Tax Information > Update Employee Tax Data.
2. Select an employee who is a Non Resident Alien.
3. Add a new row and clear the Non Resident Alien information.
4. Save.
