Symptoms

The Transaction Loader(AMIF1000) fails with the following error after defining a new Book on the Asset Management Definition Page to an existing Business Unit.

 

The reported issue can be replicated at will using the following Replication Steps:

1. Add a new BOOK to an existing Business Unit
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Asset Management > Asset Management Definition | Business Unit/Book Definition Tab
2. Check the "Book is Required" checkbox
3. Use the transaction Loader (AMIF1000) to load new assets in the updated Business Unit
Navigation: Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Load into AM 
4. Review the AMIF1000 Application Engine Run Control Process Monitor Log/Trace

 

Changes

The issue occurs after adding a new required Book to an existing Business Unit.
