EAM: The Transaction Loader(AMIF1000) Fails With Error “You Have Not Created All of the Asset Books Required for This Business Unit. (8005,166)” After Defining a New Book on the Asset Management Definition Page to an Existing Business Unit (Doc ID 2865361.1)

The Transaction Loader(AMIF1000) fails with the following error after defining a new Book on the Asset Management Definition Page to an existing Business Unit.


The reported issue can be replicated at will using the following Replication Steps:

1. Add a new BOOK to an existing Business Unit
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Asset Management > Asset Management Definition | Business Unit/Book Definition Tab
2. Check the "Book is Required" checkbox
3. Use the transaction Loader (AMIF1000) to load new assets in the updated Business Unit
Navigation: Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Load into AM 
4. Review the AMIF1000 Application Engine Run Control Process Monitor Log/Trace



The issue occurs after adding a new required Book to an existing Business Unit.
