EPC 9.2: Project Copy Performance Issue

Symptoms
When copying a project with more than 300 resources, the system produces a time-out after 5 minutes and the user is kicked out of the system.
REPLICATION STEPS:
1. Navigate to Project Costing / Project Definitions / Define Project General Info and create a project that has 9 activities.
The project has 333 resources, who have all been added to the 9 activities.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Copy Project.
Copy the project and all activities, including the resources.
