From Employee Self Service Tile, click Remote Worker Tile, and click Workplace Support, receive an error message.

Questionnaire cannot be displayed. Please contact your administrator
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as an Employee
2. From Employee Self Service Tile, click Remote Worker Tile,
3. Navigate through the Activity guide steps
4. click Workplace Support, receive an error message
