ETL92: Administer Delegation Page Slow Response to Open (Doc ID 2866451.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Technical

The Administer Delegation Page is loading very slowly.

It will either open after approximately 2 minutes and/or the Page Unresponsive Error is encountered.

This is occurirng when a customer has a large number (700) of active delegations in the system.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

Navigation: Enterprise Components > Delegation > Administer Delegation
