HCM: Gender Identity: Missing Acknowledgement Configuration

Symptoms
After applying HCM 9.2 PUM 41, from Acknowledgement Configuration, Acknowledgement ID GEN01 is not delivered but specified in the
setup of Gender Details page, section Voluntary Self-Identification.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. navigate to Enterprise Components > Acknowledgement > Acknowledgment Configuration
3. {search} Acknowledgement ID = GEN01, no results returned
4. Then, navigate to Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Personal > Gender Details > {scroll to} Voluntary Self-Identification section, notice Acknowledgement ID has value "GEN01".
