Error Message 14000,122 Prevents User From Saving Relationships (Doc ID 2870438.1)

Symptoms

 

When attempting to add a relationship
the following error occurs.
 

 Cannot create reciprocal relationship with ID ____. Relationship Table setup is necessary. (14000,122)

The reciprocal relationship does not exist in the Relationship Table setup table. You need to set these values up prior to assigning the relationship to a person.

 

The issue can be replicating using the following steps: 
1. Verify you have 2 students with genders populated in Campus Community> Bio Demo Data for your testing.
2. Open Setup SA CR > Product Related > Campus Community > Define Campus Community >Setup > Relationship table
and review a relationship that is non gender specific. (Neighbor , friend, employee, loan co signer etc) and verify it is valid for all genders
3. Open Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Relationships
and Relate your 2 students using the relationship you've reviewed and verified in step 3 above.
Save and see error 14000,122
