E-FLUID: Classic Scrollable Grid Layout Scroll Bar Is Covering Delete Row Button

Symptoms
Using PT8.57 version, PIA Core Technology - The classic scrollable grid layout scroll bar is covering the delete row button:
Issue found with Navigation - Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Compensation and Earnings > Earnings Program Table
The minus(-) sign should not be getting covered by the scroll bar.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into HCM 9.2
2. HRMS Navigation: Root > Recruiting > Administration > Route Response Reminder
3. Select the "+" to add more rows, with 16 rows the minus sign is partially hidden behind the scrollbar.
