Symptoms
When Full Data Publish runs for JOURNAL_GEN_APPLID_ID_FULLSYNC in Financials (FMS), in the ELM application, the message inserts one row with blanks and NULL values in table LM_JRNLGEN_TMPL and receives an error message in Asynchronous Service Monitor.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
Pre-requisites:
Ensure Financials (FMS) service operation JOURNAL_GEN_APPL_ID_FULLSYNC.VERSION_1 is integrated with ELM service operation JOURNAL_GEN_APPL_ID_FULLSYNC.VERSION_1
Steps
1. In Financials (FMS), run Run Full Data Publish Process to generate
messages JOURNAL_GEN_APPL_ID_FULLSYNC to ELM.
Navigation: Enterprise Components >Integration Definitions > Initiate Processes
2. In ELM, navigate to the Peopletools > Integration Broker > Service Operation Monitor > Asynchronous Service Monitor, and notice that message JOURNAL_GEN_APPL_ID_FULLSYNC is in Error status.
