Symptoms

When using Advising Notes - either the FLUID or Classic Version - and attempting to search for any student, in every case the search takes up to 5 minutes to return results, or logs out the user due to timing out. The expected result is for the search to execute within seconds.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Advising Notes.
Search for any record. Note that results take up to 5 minutes to be returned, or are never returned and the search times out.
