Symptoms
The Generate Accounting Entries process (SFPGLINT) run time has increased from 30 minutes to 8 hours. The job will eventually fail with the following error. No changes have been made to the environment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, GL Interface, Generate Accounting Entries;
2. Select a run control;
3. Complete the run control;
4. Submit the process to the process scheduler;
5. When the process has failed, check the output log file and note the error.
