Symptoms
After applying Bug 33540625, Four of the Components are not mapped to any Menu and cannot be accessed via PIA
Component: Menu:
EOQF_NOTIF_FL EOQF_SETUP_FL
EOQF_RECIPIENT_FL EOQF_SETUP_FL
EOQF_SS_QUEST_FL EOQF_QSTNR_FL
EOQF_SUBST_FL EOQF_SETUP_FL
Steps to Reproduce the issue:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Application designer.
2. Click on Open(Folder icon) from menu bar.
3. Select definition as Menu and Open Menu:EOQF_SETUP_FL or EOQF_QSTNR_FL
4. Verify if the following components are tagged to the menus.
Component: Menu:
EOQF_NOTIF_FL --EOQF_SETUP_FL
EOQF_RECIPIENT_FL-- EOQF_SETUP_FL
EOQF_SS_QUEST_FL --EOQF_QSTNR_FL
EOQF_SUBST_FL -- EOQF_SETUP_FL
