Symptoms
Seeing duplicate entries for Suggestions Search, especially recently visited items, e.g. see image below:
Steps to reproduce:
1. For example: type "data mig" in the Global Header to search.
2. "Data Migration Workbench" should appear in the results.
3. Navigate to "Data Migration Workbench" and then go to another menu.
4. Search again for "data mig"
5. You may see duplicate entries, one of those links will do nothing and the other one works.
