Application Submitted via AAWS with Multiple Schools Not Creating School Information Properly in Application Transactions (Doc ID 2873830.1)

Symptoms

Applications containing two(2) or more schools not creating separate school entry for each one on Application Transactions' Education History tab.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Submit a test application via AAWS with a high school and a college in the Education History
  2. Navigate to  Student Admissions > Application Transaction Mgmt > Application Transactions
  3. Open the newly loaded application
  4. Go to Education History tab
  5. Check the School Information section -- only one row of data is created
  6. Check Career Data section - shows more rows than School Information
