Getting error “Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: use_oauth_v2_apis” when clicking on OAuth Access Token button on Configure OAuth page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Navigate to  Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation options > Supplier Contract Management - Set signature method to use Adobe Sign  
2)  Navigate to Peopletools >Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Service Operation Definitions – activate all operations for ADOBESIGN service
3) Navigate to Supplier Contracts > Supplier Contracts Setup > Configure OAuth Page – Enter values for all fields and click on button OAuth Access Token
    Note:  Must use credentials for Adobe API application created after June 2021. Issue cannot be replicated with older API applications
4) Get below error
