ACA Data Extract, Merge Other Data Sources, and Reset 1095-C Consent Status Run Control Pages Copy Parameters Between Users (Doc ID 2873939.1)

Symptoms

For ACA Data Extract, Merge Other Data Sources and Reset 1095-C Consent Status, Run Control ID parameters existing for one user are being copied over to another user, by-passing user security.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Consent Process > Reset 1095-C Consent Status.
     2. Enter a Run Control ID and configure, then save the Run Control. Note the Run Control Parameters.
     3. Log out of HCM and in again as another user.
     4. Navigate to Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Consent Process > Reset 1095-C Consent Status.
     5..Searching for a Run Control ID shows that there are no existing run controls for this user.
     6. Click the ‘Add a New Value’ and add a Run Control ID that matches that used by the previous user.
     7. Note that parameters are being brought over from the other run control.
