Query of view record TL_WFA_REP_VW returns incorrect REPORTS_TO_NAME value. This PS query is used for building Pivot Grids.
STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Run the view query TL_WFA_REP_VW for EE for EMPLID with REPORTS_TO with 2 supervisors
2. Review the results. It returns inactive supervisor.
