Goal
We tried implementing Effective Dated value list and run DC conversion program (DC30613712, <BUG 32106459>) to populate all value lists under
Set Up HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Rules and Workgroups > Value Lists
When we looked at the effective dated value list table, it seems the effective dates are not consistent, some are having different dates.
Why when Effective dated value list is enabled, the effective dates are not consistent?
