When Trying to Hide Discussions/Attachments for Financial Structure Request Approvals Via Page and Field Configurator - Discussions/Attachments are Not Hidden (Doc ID 2874291.1)

Symptoms

After using page and field configurator to hide the discussion/attachments field for Financial Structure Request approvals, the discussion/attachments field is not hidden when viewing the page.

Steps
A) Log in as VP1.
  Go to Enterprise Components -> Page and Field Configuration -> Page and Field Configurator
  Add a record for EAOAWMA_MAIN_FL
B) Click on Select Fields
C) When the page comes up change Primary Page to ’03 – Approval Header Detail’ and click search
D) Click the check box next to the field 'Tap Box Level 0' then click on OK
E) When you are returned to the main page, scroll down to the bottom and click on Hide Field for the Tap Box Level 0 row
  Save page.
F) Log out and log back in as GLS2
G) Click on Approvals Tile on the Fluid Home Page
H) Click on Structure Request - then click on one of the FRS records in the list
I) Note that the discussion/attachment is not hidden
