Transaction Management Process SCC_SL_SMSET Not Posting ACT Test Scores in Test Results Page (Doc ID 2874303.1)

Symptoms


ACT Test Scores not posting to Test Results page after successful run of Transaction Management Process SCC_SL_SMSET.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > File Parser > Run File Parser,  to load ACT Test Scores
  2. Run Transaction Management Process via Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Mgmt > Transaction Management Process
  3. Check Test Results page under Student Recruiting > External Test Score Processing > Test Results --> only Additional Test Values are posted, not Test Component scores
