Fluid eProcurement Requisitions Defaults Page Marks The Account Field As Mandatory Field However It is Not Mandatory Field and Page Can be Saved Without An account (Doc ID 2874541.1)

Symptoms

On Fluid requisition defaults page, Account field appears with asterisk which indicates as a required field, however you can save the page with a blank field and you can enter the requisition without an account which also means it is not a mandatory field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Home Page > eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition Tile and create a new fluid requisition
2. Press on the Requisition defaults link on top of the page
3. Notice that there is an asterisk on the account field.
4. Blank out the account field and save the page.
5. System will allow to save the page without any warning message which means that the account field is not mandatory on that page.
