Symptoms
From Find Learning, Learner enrolls and launch SCORM 12 content, receives an error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log in as a Learner
2) From Learning Tile, {search for a course that has Learning Component with SCORM 1.2}
3) Enroll in the course then launch it, receive an error message
