Symptoms

Customer is comparing tax calculation to CRA PDOC and expecting it to be the same

Calculation is based on the T4127 calculation and is not expected to match the PDOC

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create cheque with both regular and bonus earnings
2. Run payroll calculation
3. Check taxes on Review Paycheque Taxes
