Eprocurement Requisition Punchout Catalog Not Working in Google Chrome and Edge Browsers While Returning Items from Punchout Site and Throws Error " You are not authorized to access this component. (40,20)" (Doc ID 2875207.1)

Symptoms

After adding an item in Punchout catalog and during checkout from punchout catalog site back to eProcurement in Chrome and Edge borwsers, getting an error message: You are not authorized to access this component (40,20).

Also, applied all the Tools and Eprocurement related patches related to Punchout Samesite cookie from E-PIA: Chrome Blocks Cookie Without SameSite Attribute (<Document 2653011.1>)

Punchouts are working fine for in IE and Firefox borwser.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Navigate to Main Menu > eProcurement > Requisition - Click on any punchout site
2) Order items and click checkout on the Supplier site
3) While coming back to eProcurement page, get below error:

Upgraded to Tools 8.58.09 and  FSCM 9.2 Image 42.
