E-AS: On NT Unable To Start Application Server - Fatal Error Encountered (Doc ID 2875981.1)

Symptoms

On Windows NT server boxes using DPK deployment, the appserver domains (fresh new builds) are not starting when using psadmin.

 

psadmin console shows

Attempting to start Application Server domain HR920...

Booting server processes ...

tmshutdown -qy

While Tuxedo log shows just a fatal error
