Symptoms
From Process Monitor, Learner Group Process not running to success when run for all Learner Groups.
ERROR MESSAGE:
In the Process Monitor - Message log:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Learner Groups > Populate Learner Groups
3. check checkbox Run Scheduled Learner Groups with Learner Group ID blank, which will run for All Learner Groups.
