Symptoms
When submitting a Benefits Enrollment then clicking on Benefits Details> Benefits Statement Tile, and clicking on the Submitted Enrollment, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Employee Self Service> Benefits Details> Benefits Enrollment
2. Start a Benefits Enrollment
3. Submit Enrollment
4. Go to Benefits Details> Benefits Statement
5. Click on Submitted Enrollment
6. Error occurs
