Symptoms

If the volume of data is huge then performance issue is observed while loading the Administer Delegation page. The page keeps spinning and nothing happens after that.

Steps to reproduce the issue :


1) Navigate to Enterprise Components > Delegation > Administer Delegation.
2) Wait for the Administer Delegation page to load.
