On: 8.58 version, PIA

When attempting to login into Applications using PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
the following error occurs.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply PeopleTools patch 8.58.19
2. Log in to the application using PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
3. Experience the issue
