Symptoms
PURCHASE_ORDER_ACKNOWLEDGEMENT app message fails after upgrading with following error message in Message Monitor
Steps:
1. Create a PO and dispatch to vendor.
Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs
2. Initiate the "Inbound File Publish"
Enterprise Components > Integration Definitions > Initiate Processes > Inbound File Publish
3. Open the Monitor Asynchronous Services, see the error message
PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Monitor Asynchronous Services
