EGL 9.2 : Incorrect SpeedType Values Are Visible In The Prompt On The Journal Line. (Doc ID 2877562.1)

Symptoms

SpeedType values are not correctly populating for InterUnit Journals.

Steps to replicate the issue:
-------------------------------
1) Define SpeedType for US001 SetID in Main Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Define Values > Define Speed Type.
2) Define SpeedType for US003 SETID in Main Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Define Values > Define Speed Type.
3) Change Setid for Record Type FS_12 ,for BU US001 and US003, to respective Business Units in PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Maintain TableSet Controls
4) Create a interunit Journal using General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries having US001 as anchor field.
5) Change the business unit to US003 in 2nd Journal Line i.e. for Non-Anchor BU Line and check for SpeedType prompt values.
