Symptoms
System throws below PeopleCode error when adding bank account on supplier change request.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain-->Common Definitions-->Location-->Country Location,set Value for field Number1 for a country.
2. Initiate a supplier change request from Suppliers-->Supplier Change Request-->Initiate Supplier Change.
3. Go to Payment Profile step and Edit a Location.Then click on Add Bank Account .
4. Error.
