Error "You cannot distribute more than scheduled" When Using Accounting Tags On Fluid Requisition Then Editing the Requisition (Doc ID 2878870.1)

Requisition distributions amount got changed after editing the requisition while using the accounting tags in a multi distribution requisitions,

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Home Page > eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition Tile and create a new ePro requisition
2. From the requisition defaults page select any accounting tab.
3. Add two distribution to the requisition with percentages : 50/50
4. Save and submit the requisition.
5. Edit the requisition and notice that the distribution percentages are the same but the amounts have changed.
6. Due to that requisition can't be saved, Getting message.
