Cannot Hide the Go and Action Fields for the Second last Entry using Page and Field Configurator (Doc ID 2878977.1)

After applying page and field configuration settings cannot hide the Go and Action button fields for the second last entry


Steps to Reproduce the issue:
---------------------------------

1. Enterprise Components--Page and Field Configuration--Page and Field Configurator, LM_SS_MANAGER_UI
2. Select Primary Page as Manager Team member
3. Select Fields LM_ACTION_BTN and LM_ACTION_SELECT
4. Check Hide Field and check Disable Entry for both the fields
5. Go to the 'Map to Portal Registry' tab and check 'Enable Page Level Events' under Additional Options
6. Click Save
7. Manager Self Service >> Team Learning >> Team Members
8. Click 'Go' next to View Team Members Reporting To
9. Second to last person now has the ‘Action’ dropdown and ‘Go’ button previously hidden by page and field configurator for the same user
10. Switch to the original employee’s direct report, the second to last person now has the ‘Action’ dropdown and ‘Go’ button
