ETL 9.2 Related Action Cancel Absence Is Giving Unexpected Results On Enter Time

Symptoms
When selecting the Related Action for “Cancel Absence” via “Enter Time” on a date that does not have an absence is being redirected back to the homepage instead of to the list of absence request or cancel absence page.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Login as Manager
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service -> Team Time -> Enter Time
3. Select EE
4. Open Timesheet
5. Now go to a date that does not have an absence and select the related action “cancel absence” . you are now redirected back to the home page and not to “Cancel Absence”.
