Symptoms

Unable to save Accounting Rules page when Project has a value of '%' and Activity is populated with a specific value.


Replication Steps:

  1. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Project Costing > General Options > Setup PC Accounting Rules
  2. Open any existing accounting rule. In Demo, populate Project Business Unit as 'US004', Analysis Type as 'BAJ', and Resource General Ledger as 'US004' in the search page and click on search
  3. Notice that the value for Project is '%'. Modify Activity from '%' to 'TEST' and save.
  4. The above message pops up online and the user cannot save the page.
