Symptoms
When press 'Analyze Line' link and then 'Analyze' line event, the status is updated to 'Pending Award' from Posted even there was no action done or even the cancel is pressed.
Setup and Replication Steps

1. Login Peoplesoft FSCM Application with super user VP1
2. Go to Analyze Events
Menu > Sourcing > Maintain Events > Analyze Events
3. Search an event with 'Posted' status : (for example US001/0000000176) :
4. Press 'Analyze Line' link
5. Then press 'Analyze' link on line 1 that is in Open Status
6. Status of the event is changed to 'Pending Award' and saved without user interface
Click on 'Cancel' button.
Even if click on cancel, the event remains at status 'Pending Award', while before was Posted.
