Symptoms

Unable to activate lease amendment after adding a critical date using using critical date template. Receiving the following error:

Step to replicate:

1) Define notification for critical date template for lease termination.
    Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Lease Administration > LA Critical Date Templates.

2) Enable initial notifications for 10 days for the following roles:
     Portfolio Manager
     Landlord
     Lease Administrator 

3) On LA business unit US005(GASB87) unselect the use AM accounting entry template check box.
      Menu > Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Lease Administration >LA Business Unit Definition.

4) Select Critical dates check box for automated workflows.

5) Create a New payable Lease with required asset and base rent details.
    Menu > Lease Administration > Payable Leases > Create a New Payable lease.

6) Add contact details for the lease.

7) On critical date tab, click on Apply Template button and select Lease termination.

8)  Activate the lease

9) Add an amendment with amendment type to extend or new options or dates.

10) On critical dates tab once again add a critical date by applying the template.

11)  Now Click on the critical date icon, the error mentioned above is observed.
