Configurable Search Not Including LAST_NAME_SRCH Field In Basic Search (Doc ID 2880717.1)

When using Configurable Search Basic and Advanced search lookup types for Fluid Job Data (Manage Job) where the LAST_NAME_SRCH is configured with Basic and Advanced Search, it is only included on the Advanced search page and is not shown on the Basic Search


Steps to Repicate:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Search Configuration page (Navigation: Workforce Administrator Fluid Homepage > Manage Human Resources tile > Manage Configurations tile > Manage Search Configuration
2. Under Configurable Search section, click on Manage Search Configuration
3. Click on Manage Job
4. Add a new Effective Date
5. Under Configure Fields include LAST_NAME_SRCH with Basic and Advanced Search
6. Go to Manage Job (Navigation: Workforce Administrator Fluid Homepage > Manage Human Resources tile > Manage Job)
7. Run Search Criteria
