Last updated on FEBRUARY 15, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Campus Community - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

PeopleSoft Anticipated Aid table (PS_ANTICIPATED_AID) is not being populated with estimated aid from Student Financials Planning (SFP).

Steps to replicate:

1  Initiate a student in SFP. Use Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages to send the Student Initiation message to SFP.

2. Use Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages to send the Student Academic and Financial Info (SAFI) message to SFP.

3  In SFP, Award the student a Non Federal Fund (NFF). SFP’s Award has a status of “Estimated”.

4. In CS, Run the PUL2 process to bring in the above SFP FPOv2 message.

5. Review the ANTICIPATED_AID record and note the estimated Award for the term does not exist. This could also be verified in the Student Financials Customer Account.
