E-AD : In PT 8.59 Application Designer Shortcut Key F3 "Find Next" Does Not Work For Objects Like SQL

Symptoms
In PeopleTools 8.57, User could do a "Find..." (Ctrl-F) in SQL or PeopleCode, then close the "Find" dialog, and then use the F3 key to find the next instance.
In PeopleTools 8.59, this still works for PeopleCode but not for SQL.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Appdesigner
2. Open any SQL object
3. Do Ctrl+F and close the find dialog box.
4. Press F3 and nothing happens
