Application release FSCM 9.2 (upgrade from FSCM 9.1)
Weblogic web server domain running on Windows 2019
Issue:

After upgrade from FSCM 9.1 (Tools 8.57) to FSCM 9.2 (Tools 8.59.09), the excel upload functionality is failing with the following error, as seen in the Integration Broker(IB) errorlog.html.
The functionality was working prior to this upgrade.
