Symptoms
When the Manager access Direct Reports through Company Directory, View Organization chart shows Development Related Actions by default however this information should be hidden.
Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage > Company Directory Tile > View Org Chart
2. Click on a Direct Report : Development Related Action is displayed
