Symptoms
Report Class Component Progress (LM_STATS) displays no data for any class with SCORM 2004 Content if check Display Raw Score on the Set up ELM > Content page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Learning Report > Class Component Progress (LM_STATS)
3. {add} run control and run process
4. After Process Class Component Progress (LM_STATS) runs successfully, Review Report Output, no data displayed
